Description
CJC-1295 (No DAC), also called Modified GRF 1-29, is a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analogue with four amino-acid substitutions that protect it from rapid enzymatic cleavage.
It is used in research on the GH axis where a short, pulse-like stimulus is wanted — mimicking the physiological pattern of natural GHRH release — in contrast to long-acting DAC versions. Common study contexts include pituitary signalling and pulsatility experiments in animal models.
