How do I verify the purity of what I receive?
Every vial carries a lot number. Enter it on our COA page to view the third-party HPLC and mass-spectrometry report for that exact batch, including the chromatogram and observed mass.
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable for extended periods at −20 °C protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water for laboratory use, solutions should be refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used within the window appropriate to your protocol.
How fast is shipping?
Orders confirmed before 1 pm ET on business days are dispatched the same day via tracked Express Post. Most Canadian addresses receive orders in 1–3 business days. Shipping is free over $150; otherwise a flat $15.
What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer and major cryptocurrencies. All prices are in Canadian dollars; e-transfer instructions with your order number appear on your confirmation and email, and payments are matched within a few business hours.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns. If an order arrives damaged or an analytical report doesn't match its label claim, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it.
