This policy applies to every product sold by VitaPep and to every order placed on this site. It is a condition of sale.

1. Laboratory research use only

All products supplied by VitaPep are chemical reference materials intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not intended for, and must not be used in, human consumption, human or veterinary medical use, diagnostic use, or any in-vivo application of any kind.

2. No health claims

Nothing on this website is a representation that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, in humans or animals. Descriptions of published research are provided for scientific context only and are not claims about our products.

3. Qualified purchasers

Products are sold only to individuals and organizations engaged in laboratory research, including academic institutions, contract research organizations, and independent researchers. By ordering, the purchaser certifies that they are at least 18 years of age, are qualified to handle research chemicals safely, and will use the products solely for lawful laboratory research.

4. Purchaser responsibility

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of products, and for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to their research. VitaPep reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the products may be misused.

5. Not medical advice

VitaPep does not provide medical advice. Questions about any substance in relation to human health should be directed to a licensed healthcare professional.
