Sermorelin is GHRH(1–29) — the shortest fully active fragment of growth-hormone-releasing hormone.
Decades of use as a diagnostic and research standard make it the baseline GHRH compound: axis-stimulation testing, receptor studies and comparisons against modified analogues all reference sermorelin as the unmodified control.
