How do I pay by Interac e-Transfer?
Choose Interac e-Transfer at checkout, then send the total to payments@vitapep.ca with your order number in the message field. Payments are matched to orders within a few hours on business days, and you receive a confirmation email once matched.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes - Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC. Checkout shows the address and exact amount for your chosen coin, and payment is detected automatically once it confirms on the blockchain, usually within 10-30 minutes.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Ontario within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, via tracked Express Post. Most Canadian addresses receive orders within 2-5 business days depending on region. Shipping is free over $150, otherwise a flat $15.
How long is my order held while I pay?
Stock is reserved for 48 hours from the moment you order. If payment has not arrived by then, the order cancels automatically and the stock is released - you can always order again.
How do I verify a certificate of analysis?
Every lot number printed on a vial can be entered on our certificates of analysis page, which returns the HPLC and mass spectrometry results for that specific batch.
What if the size I want is out of stock?
Every sold-out size has a notify button - leave your email and you get a single automatic email the day that size is restocked. Requests also tell us which sizes to prioritise.
Are your products for human use?
No. Everything VitaPep sells is strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. These compounds are not approved drugs and must not be used on people or animals.
How do I reach support, and how fast do you reply?
Email support@vitapep.ca. We answer within 1-2 business days - usually sooner, but we would rather promise what we can always keep.
What is your returns policy?

How should I store what I receive?
Sealed lyophilized vials keep for months refrigerated and years frozen. Our peptide storage guide in the research library covers every state in detail.
