Description
Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide analogue of tuftsin, an immune-related tetrapeptide, extended with a stabilizing tail.
Research models focus on anxiolytic-like behavioural endpoints, GABAergic modulation and immune-peptide crosstalk. Like Semax, it originates from Russian institutional research and is studied as a non-benzodiazepine probe of anxiety circuitry in animals.
