Description
Kisspeptin-10 is the shortest active fragment of kisspeptin, the peptide that sits at the very top of the reproductive axis: kisspeptin neurons drive the GnRH pulse generator.
Since its discovery reframed reproductive neuroendocrinology, the decapeptide has been the standard tool for probing GPR54 signalling, puberty-onset biology and LH-pulse studies in models and clinical research elsewhere.
