Shipping

• Dispatch: orders with payment confirmed before 1 pm ET on business days ship the same day from our Ontario facility; otherwise the next business day.
• Carrier: tracked Express Post across Canada. Most addresses receive orders within 1–3 business days.
• Cost: free on orders over $150; a flat $15 otherwise.
• Packaging: plain, unbranded outer packaging with insulated lining. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit; refrigerate or freeze on arrival as indicated on the product page.
• Tracking: a tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Payment timing

Orders are held for 24 hours pending payment. Interac e-Transfers are matched to order numbers within a few hours on business days — please include your order number in the transfer memo, as this is how your payment is identified.

Returns and replacements

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. However, we stand behind what we ship:

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
• If an independent analysis of a lot does not meet its labelled specification, contact us within 7 days with the analytical report.

In either case we will replace the affected product or refund its purchase price.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate.
