VitaPep collects only the personal information needed to process and ship your orders, and we treat it carefully. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and order history — collected when you place an order.
• Payment: we never see or store card numbers. Interac e-Transfers are processed entirely by your bank; we see only the sender name and amount needed to match your payment to your order.
• Site data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

To process orders, ship products, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send occasional email updates. We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): marketing email is sent only with your express consent, and every message includes a working unsubscribe link.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not store payment credentials of any kind.
• We share shipping details only with the carrier delivering your order.

Retention and access

Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep, by contacting us at the address below.
